Please note, all payment transactions performed in our store are subject to a $5 service charge. The only exemptions that will be made from this charge are customers using discount codes or gift cards. Our booking system does not allow for discounts or gift cards so that $5 charge will be waived in those instances only. You can book up to a minute before you come in, so walk-ins are welcome! We just encourage you to prepay here so that our play supervisors can concentrate on your child.
One of our main goals has been to provide a place where busy parents to DROP IN if they need a break. Due to the drop-in nature of our facility, each day is unpredictable and as they say, when it rains it pours! We have very busy days and more quiet days. Booking your appointment online via our appointment booker is the best way to guarantee your spot. You can do this right before you come in. We appreciate even just an hour of notice! Prebooking will also save you time when you come in so that you can get right to the pampering. If you call to find out how busy we are, please note that the crowd can change quickly. You are still welcome to drop by, but if we get busy, we cannot guarantee a spot over the phone.
Once you have booked your appointment, your booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. We will, however allow you to RESCHEDULE. To reschedule, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Partially unused time is also non-refundable. We allow a 30 minute grace period for arrival and the clock will start ticking for your appointment time at the time of arrival. (IE: If you book a two-hour appointment and your appointment is at 2:00 and you arrive late at 2:10, your appointment will be from 2:10 to 4:10.) We cannot stay open late to accommodate your appointment should you arrive late at the end of the day. IMPORTANT: All hours must be used in a single day. We cannot carry over unused hours to a future event.
Booking sometimes closes at time of the event, but that doesn't mean there isn't room! If you are experiencing difficulty in booking or if appointments aren't available, please text us at 323-708-5324. We will do our best to help you immediately. If you need to arrange for camp before or after care (before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m.) please email us at email@example.com. 48 hours advance notice is appreciated, but we will do our best to help you.
